We try hard to provide a same-day response to most emails, but we must ask you to allow two business days for a response before writing again. Please understand that, as we are a small department, advising is just one of many responsibilities that our office staff and Undergraduate Director/Advisors must attend to.

Advising by phone: Call our office staff at (305) 348 2316, during regular hours (9:00 - 5:00).

Walk-ins: No appointment is necessary for advising during the posted office hours of the Undergraduate Director/Advisors. The Undergraduate Director/Advisors cannot accept walk-ins outside of the office hours posted above. If you cannot make these hours, you may be able to set up an appointment by email as indicated above.
